The FME is registered with the International Financial Services Centres Authority (“IFSCA”) as a Fund Management Entity (Non-Retail) under the IFSCA FM Regulations bearing registration number IFSCA/FME/II/2024-25/131.

Ashoka Whiteoak Capital Management (GIFT) LLP represents that the units/shares of any Fund shall not be offered, sold or publicly promoted or advertised in GIFT SEZ, Gift City other than in compliance with the applicable IFSCA laws and IFSCA rules and regulations governing the issue, offering and sale of units/shares.
